UDP does not use TCP's connection process, so the absence of a connected status does not by itself prove a fault. The MQTT feature is a client, not a broker.

The historical YModem entry does not establish that the current network tool includes this serial-transfer feature. A November 27, 2025 maintainer reply on the same page says YModem was removed from NetAssist and retained in the serial assistant. Check the current feature set when choosing a tool. The same history includes version 4.3.25, with fixes for a missing tray icon after taskbar recovery and a transfer counter displaying negative values after overflow.
